I got that free AVG anti-spyware and ran it. It found several threats and took care of them. But, I sill have problems with ads randomly popping up. Plus, everytime I start up the computer, an AVG window comes up and says "Malware found" the name of it is "downloader.small.dxm"...and it's high risk. It says "it downleads, and then installs without the user's knowledge other harmful programs such as back doors". So, I agree to clean and move to quarantine. It tells me it has to restart, so I click "OK". But every time it comes back on, it shows the same window. I don't know alot ahout computers. What the heck to I do???

run avg in safe mode. clcik -start-turn off computer-restart. and then when it starts to boot clcik F8 key over %26 over untill gives the option to start in safe mode. then scan the system with anti virus scanner. then restart pc again. this should remove it. and if not then use this free online scanner. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
