Need Help Removing 2 virus!!?

HI

I have two virus on my pc one is Worm.Alcra.F and the other one is Trojan.Generic I scanned my pc with avg free edition and spyware doctory it found them and removed them.

Then the next day i got on my pc and scanned again and it says that they are back how do I remove them for good or what software can i use??

turn off sistem restore

install them but dont run them...reset in safe mode and run them and scann your computer...
Looks like AVG is missing another virus. Probably going to have to reformat. Try using spy-bot as it is a good program to find and remove trojans.

the reason you have the viruses again is because you have another virus that your AVG isn't finding that is reinstalling the viruses.

Try downloading a good virus protection...there are many like...Kaspersky...Norman...Bit Defender...McAfee...Zone Alarm...Just google any name and download or purchase one...And you're good to go...I don't like AVG...it's dumb...
Run your PC in safe mode then do a full scan with AVG, it should be able to fully remove them in safe mode.
