Actually there isnt a ''Best'' one product. The best solution is to run a mix of several spyware/adware removal programs. I personally use Yahoo anti-spy, spybot search and destroy, ad-aware and microsoft's windows defender (formerly anti-spy). I am an admin at a medical facility and when they complain to me about popups and other problems I install and run all four, between them all I can usually clean up everything.
Most consider Hotbar harmless, this is not the case, HOTBAR is one of the worst offenders of being adware, but because it must be installed by the user (meaning you asked for it!) they dont consider it adware.
