I've installed numerous Spyware/Adware Detectors/Removers which have spotted problems and after I've cleared it all up about 5 minutes later avast pops up saying ''Adware was Found!''

its driving me crazy its been happening for about a week
the Spyware programs I have installed are:
''Pc Tools Spyware Doctor (Free Trial Doesn't Remove Threats)''
Spybot Search and Destroy (Says everything is fine but it comes back)
Please help me get rid of it.
God if I ever find the person who made it I'd knock them out and piss in their mouths
